To help support the maintenance of the U.Porto Journal of Engineering and its sustainability,  'Article Processing Charges' (APC) are requested from the authors . APCs include peer-reviewing, editing, publishing, maintaining, and archiving.

The value of the Article Processing Charges has been defined in €500.00, with an inaugural year discount of 50%. In 2024, the Journal will charge  €250.00  for the publication of each paper.
