As they say: Lyon's hospitality is famous, and is rightfully celebrated around a table. 

For the second consecutive year, the “Lyonnais of Cambodia”, led by the incubator Confluences, invites you to celebrate Lyon, and its culinary traditions, around a large meal on the theme of the “Fêtes des Lumières” (Festival of Lights). On the program of this festive evening: Gratons, Cervelle de Canut, Rosette, Cervelat, Jesus, but still plays beef or praline tart. Naturally alongside a “pot Lyonnais”.

And if this event does not take place on December 8th, it's actually to give time to the Lyonnais to return home and reach Fourvière on time.
