For this reason, we decided to lunch the first wine and cheese pairing event in our shop and bar area! We invite you Wednesday 12 of October for a workshop event dedicated to specific wine pairing with cheese! PROGRAM 06.00pm | Welcoming of the guest 06.15pm | Beginning of the workshop - 1 stand with Saint Nectaire cheese paired with red wine from south of France / Cotes du Rhone Villages, La suzienne  - 1 stand with Saint Maure cheese paired with white wine form northern France / Pouilly-fumé, Domaine Fouassier  - 1stand with  Blue cheese paired with sweet red wine from south of France / Banyuls, M. Chapoutier 07.00pm | Time to enjoy, eat some cheese and drink some wine!
