Event Description
The culture of an organization is, above all, the perception experienced by each of the organization’s stakeholders, playing a fundamental role in everyday business. Culture means more than the corporate view or history it is also built upon the shared informal and non-written codes of conduct and norms guiding behaviour and directing the organization’s actions towards its objectives. It is therefore fundamental that culture is aligned with the decision-making process and planning at a strategic level and is reflected in the organization´s mission, vision, values and objectives. Participants will access to the certificate after all assignments are delivered by the student and validated by the program director.
