Pour un Sourire d'Enfant (PSE) is a French non-profit organization which has been established at the end of 1995. PSE currently employs more than 600 dedicated staff to provide food, medical care, general education (from grade 1 to grade 12) and vocational training in different skills to maltreated, destitute and uneducated children who scavenge in dump sites to survive, or work in difficult and dangerous situations in Phnom Penh, Siem Reap and Sihanoukville.
