On the 23rd and 24th of May, inno.space will host a Design Thinking Workshop open both for students and externals!
Design Thinking is a hands-on approach used to tackle wicked real world problems, providing a valuable tool when driving innovation.
This method can be applied to develop products, services and processes. It is based on collaborative creativity in multidisciplinary teams and has its core in the user - on its needs and pains - as well as in continuous iteration.
During this workshop conducted in English and divided in two afternoons, teams will go through the several stages of the process: user and market research, ideation, prototyping and testing and will have the chance of presenting their results while gathering valuable feedback.
On the 23rd of May the activities will be held at inno.space (Paul-Wittsack Straße, 4 Building K Room 019) starting at 15:00 until 18:00, during this afternoon you will get to know the challenge you will be working on and also go through the first phases of the method.
On the 24th of May we will meet at inno.space at 15:00 and then walk over to MAFINEX- Technologiezentrum, the startup incubator just around the corner. There we will get the opportunity of being in their facilites for testing your prototypes and presenting the results. For this day you can also expect a relaxed ending with some drinks and interesting conversations!
By getting a glimpse of what Design Thinking can be you’ll get to understand on a deeper level how are the projects that we conduct here at inno.space and also see how you can apply this method in other areas of your professional and even personal life.
