How to Taste 101: Mindfulness & Food  $12

Using breathing and mindfulness techniques, connect deeply to your senses and explore the world through Touch, Smell and Taste! Food is functional but also can be very enjoyable. By calming our minds we can begin to more fully appreciate the full range of flavors, smells and textures in our food - plus the work that goes into quality produce and the nutrition it provides.

A great introduction to building your sensory library and developing a deeper appreciation for the foods and drinks around you: this class is guaranteed to be fun and packed full of interesting and delicious tasting exercises.

Led by certified taster Jen Green, this is the first class in a sensory series of four Tasting Classes available on March 23 during the Phnom Penh Farmers Market! Start the day with this course which will set you up for practicing mindful tasting during the rest of the afternoon's sessions.

How to Taste Coffee Better: Cupping Class  $12

A unique opportunity to taste coffees from all over Southeast Asia side-by-side, led by professional coffee taster Jen Green. For Beginners learning to smell and taste the differences between two cups of coffee, to Coffee Geeks looking to hone their ability to pick out flavour notes like "jasmine", "stone fruits" and "hazelnut" - this interactive workshop will have your taste buds popping as you learn to appreciate how terroir, processing, and roasting can all affect coffee flavor!

Jen Green is a certified Specialty Coffee Taster who has done extensive work in coffee cultivation. Alongside her passion for heritage ingredients and the cultural influence of food, Jen works directly with farming cooperatives to support the development of sustainable farming initiatives in the region.

Intro to Cambodian Honey 101  $12

A fascinating Introduction to honey & wild bees in Cambodia. Our most popular class to-date, this informative presentation is combined by a side-by-side honey tasting featuring this season's varietals harvested by NatureWild. Be fascinated by the flavors and discover a deep appreciation for bees in the Kingdom.

Tai Keo is a member of CBHE – Cambodia Federation for Bee Conservation and community-based Honey Enterprise. Established in 2010, CBHE is a national wild honey network comprising 28 wild honey collection groups across 5 provinces of Kratie, Steung Treng, Preah Vihear, Mondulkiri and Koh Kong. The federation is formed to ensure each wild honey collecting member in the target province has well cared about wild bees and applied sustainable harvesting practices.

Gin O'Clock: Cambodian Botanicals Tasting Class  $12
