“Moments Made to Matter” is an international staff week for higher education professionals working in event management, protocol and communication. The programme invites participants to reflect on the strategic role of events and ceremonies as intentional acts of communication that shape institutional identity, trust and engagement.
Over four days of academic and professional activities, participants will explore conceptual and practical approaches to strategic event design, protocol, storytelling and international dimensions of higher education events, through workshops, case studies and peer exchange.
The programme also includes an optional fifth day dedicated to a social and cultural visit to Viana do Castelo, offering participants an opportunity to strengthen informal networking and experience the region’s cultural heritage.
