Um ciclo de sabores, quatro momentos únicos de almoço na Casa Redonda. De setembro a outubro, a mesa abre-se para experiências exclusivas, onde tradição e vinho se encontram no coração do Douro.

25 Setembro – A Base | Raízes & Génese
Num regresso às origens, à mesa surgem sabores que definem a identidade gastronómica do Douro. Simples, genuínos e cheios de carácter, em perfeita harmonia com vinhos da Quinta das Carvalhas.

4 Outubro – A Terra | Fumeiro & Rusticidade
Os aromas intensos e reconfortantes da terra, o fumeiro e a rusticidade dos sabores de sempre, unidos à elegância dos nossos vinhos.

9 Outubro – A Água | Bacalhau & Tradição
O bacalhau é emblema da cozinha portuguesa e tem tradição como alimento de vindima, lado a lado com vinhos que primam pela frescura.

18 Outubro – O Fogo | Celebração & Ritual
A chama que aquece e reúne, o fogo é símbolo de ritual e celebração, intensificado pela profundidade do Quinta das Carvalhas.

A cycle of flavours, four unique lunch moments at Casa Redonda. From September to October, the table opens up for exclusive experiences, where tradition and wine meet in the heart of the Douro.

25 September – The Basis | Roots & Genesis
A return to our origins, flavours that define the gastronomic identity of the Douro region are brought to the table. Simple, genuine and full of character, in perfect harmony with the wines of Quinta das Carvalhas.

4 October – The Earth | Smoked & Rustic
The intense and comforting aromas of the earth, smoked meats and the rusticity of traditional flavours, combined with the elegance of our wines.

9 October – The Water | Cod & Tradition
Between the river and the sea, cod is emblematic of Portuguese cuisine and has a long tradition as a harvest food, paired with wines that excel in freshness.

18 October – Fire | Celebration & Ritual
The flame that warms and brings people together. Fire as a symbol of celebration and ritual, intensified by the depth of Quinta das Carvalhas wines.
