Aims
Given the very large number of papers from China in Composite Structures journal of Elsevier, it is now a good time to gather researchers all over the world in Wuhan, China, to share their experiences in a large event. Therefore a new series of the Composite Structures conferences in China starts on October 2019, organized by the two editors of this prestigious journal. All topics in Composite Materials and Structures are eligible.

Abstracts
Deadline for submission of abstracts: 30th April 2019 (please send abstracts - and payments - as soon as possible) Abstract submission by email to: ferreira@fe.up.pt, no special format required, only one-page, including authors names, emails and affiliations, as well as abstract text without tables, figures or equations.

Delegates will access online a book of abstracts.

Given the large number of delegates expected, authors are welcomed to submit their abstracts and pay registration as soon as possible to ensure participation in this event.
IMPORTANT NOTICE : We will limit the conference to the first 500 delegates paid.

Powerpoint/pdf formats only. Please bring your usb pens to upload directly at the conference computers.

Full papers
This event receives the support of Composite Structures, an international Journal from Elsevier. The conference will select and publish the best papers in the conference.

Please note that full papers will be sent to peer review only if abstracts are presented in the conference.

NOTE: Submission of full papers is not mandatory for participation in the conference. An abstract is enough for participation.
